Kore Reformer Classes

Introduction to Reformer

This package is designed for complete novices or those who require a reintroduction to the Reformer after a few years away. The aim is to ensure all new clients feel safe and comfortable on the equipment, enabling you to gain the maximum benefit from each class.

Kore Beginnings

Improve your flexibility and gain deep stretch with this slow and controlled class. Low impact and easy on joints, suitable for all levels including beginners and those with injury. Difficultly: moderate, gentle.

Kore For All

This full-body reformer workout offers a dynamic routine that targets all major muscle groups, enhancing strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. Engage in a series of exercises designed to challenge and transform your body, leaving you feeling strong and empowered. All levels are welcome, but we do strongly recommend attending our Induction and Gentle/Beginner classes first if you are new to reformer Pilates. Difficultly: moderate, strong.
 

Kore Sculpt

Elevate your Pilates experience and strengthen, tone, and revitalise your entire body. Engage your core, lengthen your muscles, and ignite your inner strength as you flow through a series of challenging yet rewarding exercises. This class is for experienced Reformer clients only, containing more movements from the advanced Reformer repertoire. Props may be used to increase intensity.
Difficultly: moderate, strong

Kore Circuit of 8

When HIIT meets Reformer Pilates! In this circuit class we combine the best of both worlds to create a unique, heart pumping full body workout lead by Molly and Adele. Both with PT backgrounds you can expect high-energy training, a timed circuit that offers the perfect mix of cardio and resistance, designed to make you work! Expect straightforward Reformer exercises, however we do recommend you have a few Reformer classes under your belt before you jump straight in!

Hot Pilates

Sculpt your body to its Kore. Energise and transform your front, side, and back with a rigorous class designed around traditional Pilates Principles. Retrain your body and mind to work as one with targeted core movements and upbeat tracks in our heated room. You’ll leave feeling and looking hot - but definitely not bothered. All levels welcome. Heated at 35 degrees C / 95.F

Hot Flow Yoga

Connect movement with breath as you flow through Vinyasa sequences in our heated room. Equal parts
invigorating and restorative, thisclass creates strength, flexibility,and full-body balance. Open your shoulders, hips, spine, and heart. Join us in this flow to build a stronger more resilient Kore and feel the benefits throughout your entire body. All Levels Welcome. Heated at 35 degrees C / 95.F

Hot Power Flow Yoga

A dynamic workout-style yoga class aiming to improve strength, muscle tone and flexibility. This upbeat, faster flowing class will leave you dripping in sweat and in need of a well-earned relaxation to end the class.
It’s a high intensity class, recommended as a perfect progression after trying our Hot Flow Yoga classes.

Hot Yogalates

An award winning fusion of Yoga & Pilates. Expect an upbeat and empowering fitness style coordinated to music. A complete workout, increasing core strength, whilst increasing flexibility. The best of both worlds!
It’s recommended as a progression after trying our Hot Flow Yoga classes.
Heated at 35 degrees C / 95.F. 45 minutes class

Yin & Crystal Bowls Sound Bath

Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice that is designed to literally open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that reside within.  A gentle approach is used to stretch the body, using longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. All poses are seated or reclined and Entwined with sound bowl healing, shamanic drumming and rounded off perfectly with Gong Soundbaths. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”.
A great compliment to your training or practice.
